Caring for your blade
- Hand wash and dry immediately. Do not put knives in the dishwasher.
- Store dry. Use the sheath or bag provided.
- Oil carbon and Damascus steel lightly to prevent surface rust.
- Cut on wood or plastic boards, not glass or stone.
- Hone regularly; sharpen as needed.
